    In regard to your grade they do not matter. It doesn't matter if you get A or a U. But I would say that when it comes to revising for exams that count towards something, it is a lot easier when you have revised recently, than if you haven't looked at since you were taught it.

    As it gets closer to real exams, they will start to matter more.

    Also they'll affect your predicted grades too, which affect college/uni

    I agree with the above - whilst it doesn't count towards your final grade, it can be a good indicator of where you are at the moment, which is helpful for your predicted grades.

    Besides, any revision is a plus

    Mocks are the perfect oppurtunity to practice for the actual exams, so when you come to your final exams you'll be a lot more confident. I suggest you do revise for your mocks (even if its just a little) so that whatever you're studying can be in your memory longer for your finals.
