When working, I go to bed around 2am. I know it’s late but I have sleeping difficulties.
Usually I wake up around 7:30am and catch the train at 8. Normal days I sleep way later than 2am.

I was wondering what time do people in their late teens/20s go bed?

Im 17 and I normally go to bed at midnight even though it’s because I have so much work to do this year. If I had nothing to do I think I would go to bed at 11 to then wake up at 7.30 feeling refreshed and not tired anymore.
