Urbanest Westminster single room

Hi all,

I'm looking for a student to take over my contract at Urbanest Westminster bridge (could be a student from any university). It's a single room in a shared, 3-people flat (the flatmates are great and study at LSE and King's College!) on the 12th floor. I purchased a gym membership (with pool and sauna!) until the end of my tenancy. The flat has a kitchen with a microwave, an electric hob, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, and plenty of storage space. The rent per week is £259 and the contract lasts until early September 2018.

The building has a 24/7 reception, many common areas including for study, printers, gaming consoles, bikes available for rent, and is 5-8min to Waterloo station. The walks on Southbank are amazing!

I'm letting go of the room because my dissertation topic will require me to be outside of London quite a lot in Spring/Summer. The room is available from December onwards xxx
