I'm not myself anymore : i need help urgently watch

    I used to be a smart and confident and happy guy till Yr 8. Now , i feel distracted and mentally feel dumber when i know i can achieve so much more. I don't know how to turn back into my old self. Every morning i get motivated, and then by the end of the day ive done nothing and feel depressed. I need to get my predicted grades right as well. there's too much pressure,

    Has anyone gone though this? can you tell me how to save myself...

    I’ve been through this, but I still haven’t picked myself up. Happened when I was 13, I am now 19

    Just try to keep positive, make lists of what you need to do each day and try and tick them off. (Even simple things like, shower.. we all feel better once freshened up.. read a page of a study guide, do homework, smile at everyone you meet, compliment yourself, sing a song obnoxiously loud) , or follow a YouTube video on forced laughing, a strange concept but it’s good for your health and does make you feel better. Force yourself to join an after school club or a free walking group on weekends (first of all it gets you meeting people from all walks of life, and second it gets you out of the house doing something that’s good for your physical and mental health.. a bit of fresh air never hurt nobody) and of course read books or things online that you’re interested in, it helps you keep up with your vocabulary I’ve found I feel much dumber with not reading regularly, if you need something spiritual and uplifting read something by Paulo coelho 😊all the best, love yourself and live a beautiful life
