Question to OCR about NEA

Would love any help,

So basically, I am planning on creating my code in python with some elements of SQLite, and my question is would I be able to install an SQLite database browser on my temporary exam account. I do not see how this is breaking any sort of rule. I have asked my teacher and his (very unhelpful) answer was: 'I don't know'.

I really need this software as there is no other way to view SQLite databases.

So if anyone could give me a response that would be great.
