A) UCB college btec level 3 business/equivalent to 3 a level. Or apprenticeship which they're most likely to keep me on after. But what apprenticeship shall I do u want a specific one to go into HR

I'd go for the Apprenticeship.

Either way you will get a qualification, but only difference is in an apprenticeship you will get experience and learn on the job, whereas as at college you won't get that option.

Also just to make others aware because everyone gets confused about this (Apprenticeships) - even though you will get the experience, there is no guarantee that you will be kept on afterwards. However think about experience because that is what counts when looking for another job.
You will want to do an apprenticeship in an HR department/an HR "subject" apprenticeship, rather than a generic business administration one. The latter is unlikely to be suitable except for pursuing trainee positions which would be much the same as the apprenticeship anyway, except take longer to progress in your career.

However there's no reason you can't do both - you may find the business qualification helpful when applying for apprenticeships, particularly higher level ones which may lead to better opportunities. Bear in mind that your "academic" courses are only guaranteed to be free if you start the course while under the age of 19 - above this there are a number of caveats to bear in mind regarding e.g. Adult Learner Loans etc.
