The question should be what do YOU want to do next.

I will take up anything what lands me at that place. pretty sure taking up physics or philosophy won't help.
studying Microbiology is there anyway I could still get there ?
without COMPLETELY changing my set of accquired Microbiology skills and replacing them with chemistry based MSc programs ?

You will work out your interests as you go along but also bear in mind that people change fields even later on. At the moment just focus on getting good grades. Then you can do a masters in something that interests you and then either get a job or do a PhD.

Please do not keep asking the same thing again and again in different places. You have received plenty of good responses. Now you need to get researching.
