Hi, I got married and changed all my documents to my husband's name except for my provisional licence, can i tak my theory test in my previous name? Please help!

You're fine, you won't be asked for a secondary form of ID unless you live in Northern Ireland and only have the paper license. I would, in the meantime though, arrange for the DVLA to get a provisional license in your new name so that when you eventually pass your practical - your cert goes into your new name also; this is useful because for a few weeks you won't have your card license whilst the dvla upgrades it. When I ordered an address change for my license online they didn't ask me to send the old one back; don't know if this is the case with a name change.
