I live in a small town where everyone knows everyone. Last Saturday, I went to the pub with my Mum and a few people in my year at 6th form were there too. A girl in my years Mum was there, and both our Mums got so drunk that they ended up dancing together to the music and they KISSED.

So many people saw it, snapchatted it, and people won't stop going on about it. I am currently not speaking to my Mum. It is also extremely awkward between me and the other girl.

    HELP

Well first of all, the people who "won't stop going on about it" really aren't nice people. It also was not good to snapchat it, like it has nothing to do with them?
I think you really should talk to your mum about what happens, maybe she needs help processing what happened.
I think you really need to talk to your mum, she probably wants to talk to you to but doesn't know what to say.
Soon people will forget, or something else may happen to distract them. Try not to take any comments to heart, but if any homophobic comments are made about your mother: tackle them!
