    Change your thinking. Think about things that make you feel pleasant and cozy. Or take medication, I guess.

    Therapy is a good way to deal with anxiety, doing activities that you enjoy, finding the reason to what is causing your anxiety, BDSM? Everyone is different and copes with their anxiety in their own special way. Something that helps one person deal with their anxiety can have no effect on you. Sometimes it is best to try and avoid things that cause your anxiety.
