are City , University of London and UCL the same uni

This might sound stupid but i'm so damn confused. Are City College London and UCL the same university but different buildings? But they have different logos. I want to study optometry and this course is available here at city college london: https://www.city.ac.uk/courses/undergraduate/optometrybut when i search for optometry on here : http://www.ucl.ac.uk/prospective-students/undergraduate/degrees it shows optometry is not available as a course. Are these 2 different unis located very close to each other?

OP: They are different universities but both are part of the University of London.
