how long does tesco usually take to reply

I applied 3 weeks ago for a festive colleague position, and the expiration date was on the 19th. It still says under review. Is this essentially a rejection, or is there anyone who's had to wait a similar length of time before receiving an interview offer?

The first time I applied to Tesco it took a few weeks before they changed my application status on the careers website, I applied again for a festive job recently and they called me for an interview a couple days after the application went through. It could just be that the store you're applying to is taking longer to look at the applications for some reason but I'd recommend you apply again if they have more festive jobs going.
