help please. capacitance calculation question.

It takes 36 ms for V to halve. Using to equation E = 1/2*V^2*C, when V halves we can see that E will be divided by 4, as E is proportional to the square of V. After 2 goes of being divided by 4 - and therefore once 2*63 = 72ms have passed - the energy will now be a sixteenth of its original value.
