Yes. It's called Core PE. You aren't assessed and won't get a GCSE grade, but you still have to do it. In my opinion it's utterly useless as the people who need it most don't tend to do anything in the lesson...

I don't believe it's a formal requirement in KS4, but I could be wrong in that.

i'm pretty sure it is, along with PSHE and "Ethics and Beliefs" education.
