Tilburg University culture?

Hi! I'm from the United States and considering going to Tilburg University for Cognitive Science and Artificial Intelligence. I'm wondering, what is the school's culture like? Is it very competitive and studious? More relaxed? Stuff like that.

Also if anyone is already doing that course, how is it? Thanks!

Hi! I currently study CSAI and am really enjoying it. There's a lot of self-study, meaning that you need to be able to plan your time and work on your own. The professors are international and have experience in the field. What I like the most about the degree is that it's the most technical program at a non-technical university which means that you have both a good amount of programming courses and cognitive science courses. If you are interested in how the human mind works and how we can replicate those workings in a non-biological system, then this degree is for you. There are not a lot of similar programs in Europe which makes it really unique and specialised. Overall, I'd say that it's not very competitive and more relaxed, as long as you put in the time to get your work done. But if you're passionate about Cognitive Science and Artificial Intelligence then you'll be doing that anyways. If you have any more specific questions feel free to contact me
What are some of the career prospects of this program? Like where are the alumni working these days?
