Constant Harassment from Younger Students

I'd honestly just ignore them, they're only looking for a reaction. They're not worth getting into trouble for, but definitely ban them next time they come into your work.

I work at McDonald's and little kids keep coming in. I've gotten permission to kick them out, and obviously at work I need to maintain a happy persona as I work as Customer Care. I'll be allowed to ban them if they come back in again.

At school, Year 7s and 8s are constantly just chatting **** and trying to get me to bite back. I usually just ignore them after a set reply.

One of them tried chatting **** on the bridge and he's very lucky I had my headphones on and didn't hear him. I've been known for pretty much hitting young kids and scaring them to go away (to stop harassing me) by pushing them onto walls. Wouldn't have been good for me to push him off the bridge.

I think I'm constantly harassed by youngers because they're:
1. To immature to understand that uniqueness =/= weirdness.
2. I'm an easy target. I'm very short (not UwU smol bean short, we're talking 4'10" borderline midget), cute, princessy whilst also dressing alternatively. I've been called "emo" and never ugly to my face, mainly because they know they're lying.
3. Herd mentality.

Any way that I can get them to piss off whilst not being arrested known to be the perpetrator of Dunblane shooting 2.0? Cheers.

If you continue to keep pushing little kids into walls then it will only be a matter of time before someone rings the police and you get arrested. And regardless of how mouthy they are you'd deserve it. They are kids. You don't go around pushing kids. Learn some self control.

To stop the harassment. Don't react to the insults. They are looking for a reaction and they probably get it off you most of the time. Without a reaction from you they will probably go and annoy someone else or leave. Kids do this kind of stuff because they are bored or their mates think it's hilarious. I wouldn't entertain them in anyway. I wouldn't even serve them. I'd tell the manager why I wasn't serving them. If your manager say's you can ban them then you should. If they don't leave call the police and say they are being a nuisance and are bothering customers. Remember, not to serve them then they have no excuse to stick around harassing you.

Outside of work. You should again just ignore them. Don't react to them at all. Walk straight past them. They will eventually get bored of bothering you. As there is no fun in bothering somebody who doesn't react. So they'll stop doing it 9 times out of 10.

We have the same problem here at my local McDonalds. It got that bad that police were regularly turning up to escort the kids out. I witnessed it several times.
