Just being a child I guess and care-free with zero stress or worry.

But the yearly walk up the hill I guess. (Live in the countryside and primary school was in a little village)

It was called ‘Privilege Time’ at my school. Because it was a privilege to be given free time as I now know being in university.

Free milk.
I was the only kid who didn’t drink milk. I had water instead.

Water doesn't seem like a fair trade. Maybe they could have got you some Um Bongo instead.

I remember living close to my school (as in opposite the street) so me and my friends got spoons and dug a hole over the course of a few weeks large enough to get under the fence, so I sneaked out and went home.

One person from each class got a certificate at the end of the week, and you got a bonbon (vimto were my favourite).
Although in year 6 they replaced them with everton mints, which was disgraceful.

Na I was fine with water. Didn’t like milk back then, which is weird considering I drink around 6 pints a week now.

Nostalgiaa

Some of my favourite memories ever are from when the whole of year 6 went to the Isle of Wight for a week-long activity residential thing after SATs; it was my first residential trip away from home and I felt like I grew up so much and bonded so much with my friends over that period. It was really special

We also had this thing called Speaker's Corner where everyone in the class had to give a presentation on something that interested them, and that was so much fun and probably where my love for public speaking began. There are so many more memories: all the plays I was in (I was such a drama geek in primary ), not having to revise for tests or do any work after school, sitting at the top of the climbing frame thingy and singing at playtime with my friends...I miss it so much sometimes
