I recently applied for a job as a Customer sales advisor with O2, and i was successful on the application. They've invited me to book for a phone interview as soon as possible, and this is part of what was said in the e-mail:
"Our interview processes are designed to ensure that we recruit the right people, with a can-do attitude and the ability to make O2 customer experiences special. With this in mind, we’ll be asking you to give us examples of your experiences and achievements, especially those that relate directly to the role. We’ll also want you to support your answers with more detailed information about how you have succeeded in different aspects of your life."
Has anyone had any experience of a phone interview from this company?
Even if you haven't, does anyone have a couple of questions which you think could possibly be asked?
I'd like to prepare for this as much as possible, because it pays well, has good benefits, and i think i'd quite enjoy it.
Thanks if you can help me in any way!

if you search, there's an orange thread for people who had phone interviews. i can't be bothered to type up some examples, but it's basically what it says on the tin - they'll ask about your experiences and achievements and they'll ask you a couple of questions and they expect somewhat detailed answers.

What kind of questions do they ask in the telephone interview?
