Don't go there. The lad rugby culture is very harsh and kinda a form of bullying. The second years generally treat the first years like SH*T.. It nearly broke me and my boyfriend up after he would get in fights at socials because they would take the p*ss out of him for having a girlfriend and being in a relationship. I'm just speaking from experience but it just depends on the situation girl.
