    Don't you just hate the "evil units", you know, the ones that were designed specifically to make you do crap.

    I mean, it makes no sense why people should get As in 2 of their units and then Es/Us in the 3rd. Surely that shows its not an accurate test of the candidates ability if their results are that spread? Get your act together exam writers!!!

    Would 81 for an economics module be an A? They didn't tell us the grade!
    Yes, its out of 90 so about 76/77 is an A. I got 69.
    I'm reasonably pleased with mine as I did little revision (lost my folder....:p: ).
    Only one person in our year got an A and he took ECN5 and ECN6 at the same time and has finished his A-Level now.
    Some people in our year were astonished with their results. One person who got a high A last year got an E, another a D. There were only two Bs. Its weird.
    The bonus is I only need a D in ECN6 to get an A now

    Why the hell haven't Edexcel put up the UMS to raw converter for these January exams (for maths)?!?! I wanna know what I really got (see signature for UMS mark).
    You can actually find out through your school the question you got wrong and the number of marks you were given for each question or part question...

    Has anyone ever had a successful remark before and gained many more marks?

    I am considering it with Biology seeing as I though I'd easily got an A.
    Last year in one of my philosophy papers, I got an E. Went for a remark which brought it up to a C. That brought my whole AS up from a D to a C. Was well chuffed.

    PS: That was mainly to do with my handwriting however since my paper was not very legible.

    We're doing AQA. For us:
    ECN1 = 105
    ECN2 = 105
    ECN3 = 90
    ECN4 (coursework) = 120
    ECN5 = 90
    ECN6 = 90
