Applying as Canadian citizen or international student?
I'm looking at applying to UBC for next fall. I am eligible to become a Canadian citizen through my father. I will however probably not receive a certificate of citizenship before the university application deadline of January 15. Can I still apply as a Canadian citizen instead of international student so that i don't have to pay the massive international tuition fees? Any advice is appreciated! Thanks!
