How to apply for FY1 after graduating in EU?

Hey there, I am a 4th year medical student who is originally from the UK but i'm studying in Timisoara, Romania. I was wondering if anyone has any insight into how to apply for the foundation programme after graduating with an M.D from here, particularly into FY1.

Pretty sure as an EU graduate you could apply for full GMC registration i.e. you wouldn't need to do FY1 since they consider the final year of medical school as equivalent to FY1.

Thanks for the quick responses, I am aware that I can skip FY1 but i've been advised against doing this by quite a few consultants. I'll get in touch with the foundation programme office and find out more. Thanks alot!
