How do I get rid of period cramps pls help
I've been trying to get to sleep for the past 2 hours but the pain is too much. I've taken ibuprofen but it's doing absolutely nothing. What do I do 😭
If they are really bad I would suggest going to the doctors. Unfortunately there is no cure but you can get certain painkillers that will help. I would recommend Naproxen. You'll have to take it twice a whilst on your period but it personally helps me with the pain, it doesn't completely stop it though just a warning.
Of course hot water bottles and drinking lots of water will help, sometimes warm baths can help people but obviously not always possible. Hot drinks are a good idea too.
