Help interpreting the FTIR

Its a damaged golf ball and I want to interpret it to understand the cause of failure. The Golf Ball is a Two Piece Ball and I reckon it is because of dodgy material. Can you please help me interpret this spectral analysis (FTIR)?
Does this confirm my hypothesis of being a supplier/manufacturing problem?
Its not a consumer problem. I had it for my materials assignment. If anyone can interpret and comment on the graphs, it will be helpful.
