Is surreys reputation the same as Birmingham?

Is surrey's reputation considered good like the same level as birmingham, leeds or are they a little worse/better

Dont know if it makes any difference but i plan to study business and im only asking as they all hav the same entry and i like their courses but theres no point applying to 3 unis which will likely give me the same offers

I would say that Birmingham and Leeds are similar (perhaps Birmingham only slightly higher than Leeds). Surrey would be quite a bit lower than the other two.
