GPCR conformational Changes when a ligand binds

Hi,

Could anyone point me in the right direction to where I could find some information about the exact conformational changes which take place when a ligand binds to a G-Coupled Protein Receptor?

I've tried google, youtube and some journal articles but can't really find anything more than "conformational changes take place"!

Any help would be massively appreciated :smile:

That's because it varies by receptor and ligand and even conditions. If you are looking for a specific protein then there may be literature around depending on how well it is studied.
