    hi

got my THIRD LEA assessment through today (they keep changing their minds etc!) and in the 'less: assessed contribution towards living costs column I have had £645.50 deducted whilst my younger brother has had nothing deducted. Why is this when we both have applied for the income assessed support using exactly the same figures etc? Is it because he is the 2nd child at university?

    Hope you can help, thanks!

it looks like it's because he's the second child, but I'm sure they are supposed to split it equally between you.
