What is a men's small for women - 8/10/12?

I'm a size small men's but I want to buy a top that is my size but for a women so what size is equivalent to a men's small in women's sizes?

I would imagine the cut is slighlty different? But I'd say probably around a 10/12, nearer to 12 I'd say, but thats just a guess. Girl's would probably have a better idea.

step 1: go into shop
step 2: find said top. take sizes 10 and 12.
step 3: find changing room, try on tops
step 4: decide which fits
step 5: buy that top.

A small is a 36" chest I believe. A 12.

I wear men's small and I believe it's near size 12. Size 10 is a little restrictive for me, so I always get 12.

ive worn loads of it for fancy dress
like someone said, go try it on - like me, you may get some fit woman who works there help you into it :P
