Nearest Swimming Pool???

Hey, I know this is a random question, but where's the nearest pool to RoHo? I'm really keen on swimming you see! Also, are the gyms/sports facilities good?

It's weird, but I could have sworn someone asked this question fairly recently...might have been on the old SU forums. Anyhow...

RHUL does have a swimming pool...unfortunately it's full of the geology rock store and they've put a floor over the top of it and use it for lectures, plays and re-enactment hold regular practices in there too.

The next nearest place is in Staines at the local leisure centre. There were other further away places mentioned but I can't remember them off the top of my head.

There is a swimming society - i believe they swim in a primary school's swimming pool which is only about a 5minute drive away from campus.

If you don't want to join the society, then Staines is the nearest though I have heard it is not very nice there - better off going in to windsor, they have a proper pool and then a fun pool with slides and waves
