I forgot to sign my name on a university exam paper

Really really stupid of me! I wrote my student ID and all but I didn't sign my name on the paper. I noticed it at the end of the exam and the invigilator wouldn't allow me to sign. I know all university procedures are probably different from each other but do you know what is likely to happen? Will i get disqualified?

On the booklet? Under the strip you seal?

Or on the small piece of paper they take during the exam?

If you do get issues, then explain the invigilator wouldn't let you sign it.

I would think that the student ID was the most important thing to put down. As long as that's there, you're still identifiable, and if there's problems then they'll probably approach you and you'll get the chance to explain. Everybody's an idiot sometimes, I'm sure it'll be okay!
