    Hi everyone.
    I have a simple question.
In your opinion, how much important is the rating of the university a person graduate in?

    Thanks.

Good indicator of how well respected the university and how satisfied its students are.
Should not be viewed as more important than your own personal preference.

    I would say it’s a 3.4 important.

It depends what course you want to do.
Some unis have good rankings for individual subjects but are mid/low in other tables
    Do what makes you happy
For example Bradford is 4th for midwifery but 58th over all

Who produces a ranking for just midwifery?

    Yeees

And the Complete and Times bundle midwifery in with nursing, physiotherapy and all other health professions.

And the Guardian bundles it in with nursing.

I don’t know a publisher that ranks midwifery courses alone which is why I asked who produced the table that Bradford came 4th in.

    What does it mean 3.4?

    From a scale from 0 to 10?

Anyway, which rankings are the more accurate?
I usually what at the Qs university ranking.
I search the university on the overall score but also the single course.
