Room available Asap at Darley Bank 2017-18
Hi,
I have a bronze en suite plus room available at Darley Bank. I'm looking for someone to move in asap preferably before January 5th. It would be perfect for January starters
You would be sharing with four other girls who are all really sweet! It's round the corner from the one friar gate campus and the uni bus stop is a five min walk away.
As you would be taking over my tenancy agreement, you would only be paying two lump sums of rent, one at the start of January 2018 and one in April.

How much it costs?
The first instalment due 09 January 2018 is 1968.00 and the second instalment due on the 09 April 2018 is 1599.00
