I find it funny how there seems to be some kind of assumption that Land Economists are all sports players....the 8/9 Land Economists I know don't play any sports at all!

It's just a myth. Nobody actually believes it or takes it seriously! :p: Land Economy is actually a worthwhile, diverse, academic subject of study! Just don't tell epitome I said that! :wink:

It's not a real degree. You still get a job though because employers feel sorry for you, so in the end it doesn't matter

Then they are seemingly doing the wrong degree, because land economy especially after second year has little or nothing to do with economics, it very much focuses on the built environment.


A job in the city also has nothing to do with economics, so that's alright :biggrin:
