I impulse bought some flavoured honey the other day. It tastes amazing but I don't know really how to use it. I have one raspberry and one spicy mustard flavour. I guess the raspberry could go on toast, yoghurt, porridge, in baking etc. And maybe the spicy one as a marinade for meat? Or with cheese on biscuits. But can anyone give me any other suggestions?
The raspberry one you could mix into buttercream as cake toppings or just pour over ice cream
