In the booklet I have from my college for photosynthesis, it says that photosystem I is located in the intergranal lamellae, however it also says that cyclic photophosphorylation (which only uses photosystem I) takes place in the thylakoid.
Which is it?

Cyclic photophosphorylation occurs in the thylakoid membrane yes. The photosystems are embedded into the thylakoid membrane.
