Yes they do but I dont think very highly of them. My class mates also agree that they are quite poor hense why I am looking into some others.

I did OCR maths a-level and we were given this 'Understand Pure Mathematics' by Sadler and Thorin ( http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/ASIN/0199142599/qid=1094912317/sr=1-1/ref=sr_1_26_1/202-0306805-6885420 )

Although the books good and has loads of questions to practic, there isn't much explaining involved in it, rather just a heap of exercised. We all found the books written specifically for OCR to be much better!

I must admit I cannot see what the problem is! I have taught myself further maths to AS and will continue teaching myself for my A2's, using only an OCR textbook, and I have found them more than adequate. All one has to do is do all the exercises, OCR sets the exam hence the questions will be similar

I bought the OCR ones, while they may not be brilliant they are fairly good compared with books we were provided with where the answers were full of mistakes and the worked examples were often wrong
