Cy-pres problem please help!!
Hey!
I am having huge issues with the cy-pres doctrine under equity and trusts law and I was hoping that someone might be able to help.
I am faced with an issue where a sum of money was given through a trust to build a leisure centre. The money was insufficient in being able to build the centre. Can someone please tell me which section applies here, is it s.63 Charities Act 2011?
