Someone is saying on Facebook that they r a paramedic when they r not and putting up photos , but she really works in a nursing home , can anything be done ,
Not really. It only becomes a problem if she ends up trying to give someone medical attention because of her lies.
That’s the problem she might , but she can’t even look after her two kids her Mum or friends do , she does drugs , and she says she has byploar so u never now

Why are you telling strangers on the internet all about this woman's problems? If you're that concerned, go to the police who will be able to support her.

No. Facebook does not police whether things people claim are true or not. If you did report it to them, they likely wouldn't care and it would be your word against hers anyway. People can claim to be anyone or have any job on social media, that's just part and parcel of the platform.
Similarly I doubt that the police would do anything about this unless she was committing a crime, which it does not appear is the case considering the information you have given.
If you are concerned about the care of her children, you can report this to social services. Your council will be able to advise how to do this.

She's claiming to hold a protected title, which is against the law.
