I have this, in a small way.

I had it looked at one, and apparently it was destined to get better. It did, but it takes some time.

i have it...but it doesn't hurt

my gp said it happens to some people, there's nothing he can do

Exact same thing happened to me, except i got hit in the jaw with a football really hard in the easter holidays. For about a week I couldnt even open my mouth wide enough for a cream egg to fit in lol.

It went away though and now my jaw just clicks everytime I open it wide enough to put food in, doesn't hurt though. Also it cracks when its been shut for ages and I open it.

I would wait and see if the pain goes away. If it still clicks but doesnt hurt then just leave it for a while. If the pain doesn't go away then make an apointment.

might be nothing they can do, but then it could be dislocated if it was after an impact..

Meh. I've always wondered whether there was a way fixing this jaw problem, I can make mine click by moving it around >.<

Guess it's to be expected since I did take kickboxing and have some punches to my jaw.... :/

My jaw started clicking (when I yawn, sometimes I stretch it too far and my jaw goes <CRAK> into another position) ever since I got my braces taken off. It's not so bad now; cos it used to get stuck when I was eating, but now it just makes the odd click and pop now and then.
