Marketing Work Experience
Where can I get marketing work experience?? I can't find anywhere that will take me on for a week. Has anyone got any ideas? location Preferably in Yorkshire but I am willing to travel.

Great to hear that you are looking for work experience! This is great forward-thinking and will look really good on your CV.
It will take a bit of perseverence (trust me, i've been in your shoes!) but when you get the experience, it will be invaluable.
The good thing about marketing is that most, if not all companies will have a marketing department so think of all the local business in your area and drop them an e-mail asking if it is something they are willing to offer.
It's quite easy to go straight to all of the 'bigger' companies but honestly, when it comes to interviews in the future, it won't matter where you have done it but more about what you learnt.
Make sure you've got a well-written email explaining that your'e really willing to learn etc. and you'll be fine
