They gave me a higher offer?!

I just got an offer from Manchester, but they gave me an offer one grade higher than it says on the website? I was counting on Manchester being my insurance, as the other universities I applied to are the same grade as what Manchester offered me, so now I don't have an insurance. What can I do? If I call them up, is there a chance they'll do anything? Why did they offer me my predicted grade, rather than the entry requirement on the website?
I’d maybe email/ring them to ask why, just so you’re aware of the reason, even if they don’t do anything to change it!
