Found this on a website:

* It's likely to improve once you've finished being a teen.

* Help is at hand. Ask your pharmacist for a strong antiperspirant containing Aluminium Chloride (eg Driclor). Follow the instructions carefully. Most people notice an improvement even after a couple of nights' use.

Hope it helps

Blow on your hands.

I don't think it is stress related - I have been quite stressed for a while now, but even when I'm just sitting watching tv they're still sweaty.... the only time they're not sweaty is the first few minutes I wake up...:s-smilie:

I used to get this.

Just leave it and never mention it again. Shake people's hands and if they say "eww its so sweaty" tell em you've just washed your hands.

After a while, you'll forget about it and they'll dry up.

hmm - there have been points where I have completely forgotten about it though, but have been cruely reminded by a comment like that..:frown:

don't put anti-persperants on your hands! ew.

You may have a condition called hyperhydrosis. Do some research on it.

I always seem to have sweaty hands, and it is just so disgusting and horrible :frown: . Is this just my bad luck, or is it a medical condition? Is there anything I can do to stop it? Like, a cream or something?
