conservative

I'm curious - you're voting conservative (the most capitalist party) and your avatar is the hammer and sickle (a hated symbol for capitalists)?

Socialist Worker's Party.

Oh dear god, the tories are winning.

I know! What's going on? Where are your morals people??!!
I wouldn't really want to pick any of them to be honest.
The Lib Dems don't stand for anything!

And they can promise what they like - because they'll never have to execute as they'll never come to power!

In my current constituency I would vote labour because I don't have a problem with them and I like Rudi Vis who is my mp. Also the Lib dems don't get a really small percentage, it is between Labour and the tories and I would never vote tory. However I am not sure what the standing of each party in the area of Brighton that I am going to be living in is. If Lib dems have a chance then I will vote for them. If not I will vote for Labour.

Who would you vote for tomorrow?

(Assuming you were over 18/could be bothered to vote).

I have decided not too vote.

I was wondering, if we're going to have the BNP and the Greens, surely UKIP who polled higher than both in the Euro elections should have a seperate bar?

Not that I would vote for them in a General Election, but I'm just making the point.

btw. Kilroy-Silk has said that he'll stand as an MP...

Yeah in theory.

But UKIPs only policy is to avoid Europe. They were only relevant for the Euro elections..

I'd vote for Labour.. in the hope that the party can be sorted out and Gordon Brown could take over or something.

Definitely not Tory (*boo* *hissss*) although, Boris Johnson would get my vote anyday, just for his sheer comedic value.

It sucks that there is no real alternative to Labour though, because they were supposedly left wing.. so we're just left with the Lib Dems and the Greens. Neither are exactly viable..

I agree apart from the voteing for boris johnson bit. Labour are a bit to right wing for me. However if I am in a situation where voteing for the lib dems may allow the tories to win I will vote Labour everytime. I did in all the recent elections and chance are I will in the general elections.

 The man is a legend!!

I get the lectures about it from friends though: "But he's still a TORY, despite how funny he is"

I find him very funny especially a comment I saw him make on a program about what people called him when he rode his bike. I just wouldn't trust him to be my mp.

On another subject it looks like I will be voteing labour either way because both the consituency I live in at the moment in London and where I am going to be living in Brighton for uni have Labour as the leader followed by the tories. Does anyone know where it is you vote at uni or where you live with your parents?
WHO keeps voting bloody Conservative on my nice poll?

Stop it! It's not there to be accurate, it's there as a bastion of liberalism!

The leftie vote's split between Lib Dem and Labour, much like in the country as a whole.

Anyway, despite being a fervent Lib Dem I like Boris Johnson, not just for the charisma but because he's one of the few prominent politicians whose views are clear, and don't seem particularly driven by party line.

Also, the Lib Dems clearly do stand for things; it's ignorance to say they've got no policies if all you do is browse headlines. Though I agree on their not being socially liberal enough.

Come on Lib Dems!

i would conservative. just like about 12 million other people will

We'll soon see. Perhaps if the Conservatives chose better leaders like Kenneth Clarke you might have a more realistic chance of achieving more votes.
