What's your favourite cocktail?

I'm a fan of cocktails, and have a particular few favourites, but I could really do to branch out and try some others, what are your favs? Are there any you can recommend me? :biggrin:

Seriously, I'd recommend a good vodka, lime, lemon and ginger mix.

skyrum - vanilla vodka, white rum, soda, lavender bitters!
caipirinhas made with dark rum is always good
hot buttered rums made with kraken are so christmassy (also can you tell I hang out with a lot of rum drinkers 😂)
and amaretto mixed with milk might not count as a cocktail but it sure tates nice :smile:
