Clearly A-level Biology doesn't teach you to string them into a meaningful sentence anymore:

i don't see anything wrong with it
Ok a ovum is released from one of a woman's ovaries about every 28 days, the egg travel down to the oviduct to the uterus, if the egg is not fertilised then the lining breaks down and is released. And this is called a Menstrual cycle.

i think you're having your period

Reply 9

maybe 'periods are dead ova which complete the menstrual cycle' would have been better?

but frankly, it was perfectly intelligible, so pointing it out as something other than that is pretty damn petty

The menstrual cycle doesn't complete until oestrogen from the ovary encourages the uterus lining to grow again for the next released egg.

Completely different sentence. I would expect someone doing A-level biology to be able to write that sentence correctly. It was not perfectly intelligible, I did not understand it.
