Think about the different organelles or features specialised cells do have.
For example, lots of mitochondria suggest that the cell is specialised for movement perhaps.
Or plenty of chloroplasts suggests specialisation for photosynthesis.
From these features, you could determine the function.

There are certain features that are only in a plant cell and not an animal cell for example: chloroplasts, vacuole and cell wall.

Finding a plant cell you will see a Cell Wall, Vacuole and Chloroplasts.
You could also look to the shape as nerve cells are very long and thin.
RBC's are missing most organelles and have a bi-concave shape, which makes them distinctive.

You could look at the physical shape, internal organelles (and relative amounts of each), presence of a cell wall, appendages (e.g. flagellae for movement)
