To engage in sex does the male have retract the foreskin of his penis? Can’t he do it without pulling back the foreskin? I only know how to pull it back when I soak it water and I only pull it back like 3 times a year anyway? Also I masturabte by humping the bed not by putting my hand around it.

Get a circumcision.

Try stroking it with your hand and see what happens. The foreskin moves back because of the friction. If you can't pull yours back comfortable without soaking it, you'll likely won't be comfortable having sex. Tight foreskin is fixed by either regular stretching or circumcision.

I don’t want circumcision so I’ll just regularly stretch it

It would be good it the foreskin retracts naturally as you enter a woman. If not, it can be too tight and sensitive for you. You are likely to *** way too soon due to the anxiety. It is also harder to enter a woman when your foreskin doesn't retract, unless you use a lot of lubricant, or she is very wet. Even then, if she is tight, it's going to be hard.

You have two choices: go to a doctor and get your foreskin loosened. It can be done. I know guys who got this done. The other option is to get a circumcision.
I would highly recommend keeping your foreskin and getting it loosened. A penis with a foreskin is way more fun for both the guy and the girl.

I don't have foreskin myself and that's because my jewish family chopped it off with a cleaver when I was 3 months old. It still bleeds today now I am 16. But I would still reccommend getting a circumstition because the blood clots the head makes for a more pleasurable experience

I think you can get some sort of partial circumcision specifically to loosen a tight foreskin...? Do some research on the internet, all your options will be on there, or better still go and see a doctor to talk about your options.

To add to my post above, the loosening procedure is called a frenuloplasty. Still, go and see a doctor to talk about options specific to you.

It depends on the sort of sex he's having, but being able to retract it is going to be important when it comes to, say, sexual intercourse or receiving oral.

As you've mentioned doing it more often to stretch it, I'll just add that cleaning it more often then is going to be a good thing too...

Also I masturbate by humping the bed not by putting my hand around it.

Unless you're going to limit yourself to 'dry humping', partner sex really doesn't feel anything like that so you might want to explore additional ways of getting yourself off before you try being sexual with a partner.

Guys don't "have to" retract their foreskin before having sex, but usually it rolls back to expose the head at some point. This depends on how long and/or tight the foreskin is and if it usually rolls back easily when the penis is erect. Many guys roll is back and forth over the head during masturbation, and it may be loose enough to roll back fully with just an erection. For others with a longer foreskin it may still cover most of the head when erect but rolls back either when it's inserted into the vagina or during the course of having sex with the to and fro movement in and out. If you find it hard to pull back your foreskin or it's painful, you should get it checked out by your doctor and do regular stretching exercises to loosen it.

in my experience, you only have to peel the second half of the 5skin back, this gives the happy medium of the two.
