It's like that thing if a guy says "I always lie" is that true or false?

No because God is holding the entire universe

T is a sound theory ( if and only if T proves a theorem it is true on interpretation)

I think that this isn't necessarily a paradox. For what does it mean to take somebody's advice? If my action simply correlates with the action advised by the stranger, am I taking the strangers advice?
For example if I advise somebody to turn the light of before he goes to bed he will probably do so, but can we say that he followed my advise?

Taking a harmless joke to the next level hey

I have selective hearing. I would chose not to hear the advice.

then that means that God isn't omnipotent,
But if He is omnipotent, then it means that there isn't a rock that He can't lift

What is as light as a feather but even the world's strongest man couldn't lift for more than a minute?
