My essay is due in just over a week and I can't think of any more CA features other than Adjacency pairs, footing and turn-taking. It's a 3000 word essay so I'm going to need a lot more features to analyse. I'm analysing an interview.

Any help would be super appreciated

Have you looked at:
back-channelling
interruptions and overlap (linked to power and status)
Different question types - open / closed / rhetorical / tag etc
Politeness theory
Grice's Maxims of quantity, quality, relation and manner
Fillers
False starts
Non-standard grammar and lexis

For an interview I would imagine that the issue of status and power would be central. Who speaks most? Who controls the conversation, and how do they do this?
