EPQ/Nuffield Summer Placement

I am thinking of applying to the Nuffield Summer School placement but was wondering if it would conflict with the EPQ needs/requirements.
Which is more important: the EPQ or Nuffield to universities especially Oxbridge?

(BTW I am applying for Medicine in 2019)
